Please be sure to include your name, phone number, and both e-mail and home addresses as well as shipping address if applicable. We will contact you regarding your order within two business days.

Can I order from abroad?

Pricing
Prices are set by the artists themselves. In our main site area prices are often set in consultation with the Theartseen.com staff and or the galleries representing their work. To read more about how a piece of art work is valued, check out Art 101.
Availability
Will my artwork be available right away?
We at Theartseen.com do our best to work with artists to insure availability to our customers. In many cases, as the property of the artist or gallery, artworks may occasionally be unavailable for immediate delivery (when on exhibition for example). As these are original artworks and are therefore limited in number...there are rare cases when between the display of an artwork on our site and your decision to purchase the artwork, the piece may have been sold by us, by the artists themselves or by the gallery which contributes the art. Should this be the case, our art consultants will work with you personally to find a replacement if you wish. Return Policy
What if I don't like it? May I return it?
Yes. We have a 30 day return policy on all original artwork and other items on the site. If you decide not to keep your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or full refund of the cost of the artwork, minus Theartseen.com's framing costs if any apply. To process a return you must notify us by telephone of your intention to return an item within (30) thirty days of the date of purchase of original works on the website. We do our best to offer an excellent return service and our customer service professionals will walk you through the return process from start to finish.
We require that artwork be returned in its original condition, and in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment. When returning the item, it must be shipped fully insured. If it is not insured and the item should be damaged during the return shipment you will still be responsible for paying the cost of the item. What if I cancel my order before I actually receive it?
Please notify us immediately of your decision at 1-415-824-4062 or by emailing our Customer Service department. You will be responsible for charges incurred for shipping. At your instruction, we refund the purchase price to your credit card account.
