Consultation Services

Our consultation team can work to develop design options that will enhance and support existing design ideas, or we can can create original artistic design options to fit a clients' specific needs.
We can work alone or in collaboration with architects, designers, businesses and private home owners on public, private, or corporate art installations, commissions or exhibits where art is an aspect of environmental design.
Our work is site and situation specific and our unique consultation services are not limited by location. Not only can we fly anywhere in the country to work hand in hand with our clients but today’s technology allows for effortless and low cost communications options using web based meetings, email, telephone and computer graphics.
We heavily promote client involvement with the design process. Though this is not required, it is the client after all who is to live or work with the finished product.
Each project is unique and we truly enjoy approaching each with a fresh mindset, creating original and effective design options.
Installations:
Installations are situations where art work is purchased and installed in a location. By request our consultation service will work with you to find the right art work for your space. Installations are drawn from existing art work.
Commissions:
Commissions comprise art work which is created by an artist specifically for a client. This usually occurs when a client has a need which no existing art can fill, or in cases when a piece of art is unavailable and the client desires a reproduction or similar piece created.
We can arrange to have commissions created for you from our large body of represented artists.
Exhibits:
Exhibits are a great option for many businesses. This service involves bringing art in to a space, in some cases on a rotating basis, providing a unique service to businesses and a venue to showcase art.
This can provide entertainment for customers and guests, and may even put your business on the map as a destination for art.
Exhibition services are a cost effective way to transform your space without the expense of an extensive renovation.
Exhibition services can be free in some cases, for instance where the artist themselves is involved, the work is for sale or the display is of smaller size. Most situations involving Exhibition services require some curation of the space which, entails care for the artwork, rotating new art into the space, etc. There is a fee for curation and the services and expenses which go along with that service. There may also be some leasing fees for the artwork iteslf. Be sure to inquire with us for more information regarding your specific needs.

We can work with your public relations team to help create pamphlets, promotional materials, press releases and educational materials to help generate interest in your art collection and help your visitors and employees better understand the art work and all its purposes. We can also provide documentation and guidance in properly caring for and insuring your art work. Businesses can become known for their artwork alone!
Our Process: How it works

The consultation service begins with a telephone interview with our clients in which we go over the clients' basic needs. The next step is a thorough review and analysis of the situation including any existing plans, existing structures and elements involved.
We approach situations looking firstly at the basic goals of our clients. We also take into consideration aesthetics, location, lighting, style, period, color, texture, budget, cost reduction, the possible use of existing designs to save costs and project related time considerations in order to fulfill the and satisfy the clients' needs.
These initial steps are followed by the development of plan of action containing all relevant design information which we have gathered from the client. This plan of action takes the form of a written proposal which will contain all pertinent information regarding the finalization of your job and fulfillment of your needs.
Finally, the client receives this plan and we schedule a consultation in which we go over this proposal with the client to get feedback, make adjustments if needed and get the go ahead for the job.
Our services are for consultation and design purposes only. We do not do physical installations of any kind.
